class=\"gary_type01\">\u5f9e\u5c0f\u5c31\u88ab\u814e\u75c5\u7e8f\u8eab\uff0c\u75c5\u60c5\u5e7e\u7d93\u6ce2\u6298\u53cd\u53cd\u8986\u8986\uff0c\u76f4\u5230\u6211\u5152\u5343\u79a7\u5e74\u524d\u5915\u5728\u5168\u5bb6\u65cf\u4eba\u6eff\u5fc3\u671f\u5f85\u7684\u6b61\u559c\u6c1b\u570d\u4e2d\u51fa\u4e16\uff0c\u6211\u537b\u56e0\u70ba\u75c5\u60c5\u62d6\u5ef6\u5230\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u582a\u8ca0\u8377\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u9032\u5230\u91ab\u9662\u6025\u8a3a\u5ba4\u7dca\u6025\u63d2\u7ba1\u6d17\u814e\uff0c\u958b\u59cb\u4e86\u6211\u7684\u900f\u6790\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u4e5f\u6253\u4e82\u6240\u6709\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u5b89\u6392\u8207\u7bc0\u594f\u2026.\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6240\u5e78\u4f9d\u8cf4\u9032\u6b65\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u91ab\u5b78\u3001\u53f0\u7063\u5065\u4fdd\u5236\u5ea6\u3001\u91ab\u8b77\u4eba\u54e1\u7684\u5c08\u696d\u7167\u8b77\u53ca\u5bb6\u4eba\u3001\u670b\u53cb\u3001\u540c\u4e8b\u7684\u652f\u6301\uff0c\u6211\u5148\u5f8c\u63a1\u7528\u4e86\u516b\u5e74\u8179\u819c\u900f\u6790\u53ca\u4e09\u5e74\u8840\u6db2\u900f\u6790\u6cbb\u7642\uff0c\u5927\u81f4\u4e0a\u9084\u7b97\u5e73\u5b89\u9806\u5229\uff082008\u5e74\u8179\u819c\u708e\u90a3\u4e00\u6b21\u53ef\u771f\u662f\u597d\u96aa\uff0c\u9023\u5e36\u767c\u751f\u5305\u56ca\u6027\u8179\u819c\u786c\u5316\u75c7(Encapsulating Peritoneal Sclerosis , EPS\uff09\uff0c\u8d81\u6b64\u611f\u8b1d\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u9ec3\u653f\u6587\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u6089\u5fc3\u6cbb\u7642\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e00\u76f4\u6b63\u5e38\u5de5\u4f5c\u793e\u4ea4\uff0c\u990a\u5bb6\u992c\u53e3\u76e1\u70ba\u4eba\u592b\u3001\u70ba\u4eba\u7236\u7684\u8cac\u4efb\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5927\u5bb6\u6216\u8a31\u90fd\u77e5\u9053\uff0c\u4ee5\u73fe\u4eca\u7684\u91ab\u5b78\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u63db\u814e\u662f\u900f\u6790\u75c5\u4eba\u6700\u597d\u7684\u6cbb\u7642\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6211\u958b\u59cb\u900f\u6790\u664235\u6b72\uff0c\u8b77\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u7b49\u6211\u8eab\u9ad4\u60c5\u6cc1\u7a69\u5b9a\u5f8c\u5c31\u63d0\u9192\u6211\u8981\u53bb\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\uff0c\u81ea\u5df1\u4e5f\u70ba\u4e86\u9577\u9060\u6253\u7b97\u96a8\u5373\u5728\u539f\u5c31\u8a3a\u7684\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u6392\u968a\u3002\u4f9d\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\u7684\u814e\u53cb\u53ea\u80fd\u5728\u4e00\u5bb6\u91ab\u9662\u767b\u8a18\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\u8aaa\u5f35\u4e09\u539f\u672c\u5728\u7532\u91ab\u9662\u770b\u900f\u6790\u8a3a\uff0c\u4e5f\u5728\u7532\u91ab\u9662\u767b\u8a18\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\uff0c\u4e4b\u5f8c\u56e0\u70ba\u67d0\u4e9b\u500b\u4eba\u8003\u91cf\u5f35\u4e09\u60f3\u8981\u63db\u5230\u4e59\u91ab\u9662\u6392\u968a\uff0c\u90a3\u539f\u5148\u7532\u91ab\u9662\u7684\u767b\u8a18\u5c31\u8981\u653e\u68c4\u3002\u95dc\u65bc\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\u9084\u5e38\u807d\u5230\u4e00\u500b\u73fe\u8c61\uff0c\u5c31\u662f\u814e\u53cb\u6392\u968a\u767b\u8a18\u63db\u814e\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u78ba\u5be6\u5b9a\u671f\u5730\u56de\u8a3a\u91cd\u65b0\u7559\u8840\u6db2\u6a23\u672c\uff0c\u4e0d\u8ad6\u662f\u5fd8\u8a18\u4e86\u56de\u8a3a\u6216\u662f\u6392\u968a\u592a\u4e45\u653e\u68c4\u4e86\uff0c\u90fd\u6709\u640d\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u600e\u9ebc\u4e00\u56de\u4e8b\uff1f\u6211\u7576\u5e74\u767b\u8a18\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u79fb\u690d\u5c0f\u7d44\u7684\u8b77\u7406\u4eba\u54e1\u5c31\u8cbc\u5fc3\u5730\u8aaa\u660e\uff0c\u4ec0\u9ebc\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u6703\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u3001\u7576\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u901a\u77e5\u6211\u6642\u9700\u8981\u914d\u5408\u7684\u4e8b\u9805\u2026\u4e91\u4e91\uff1b\u4f46\u7b49\u5f85\u6642\u9593\u4e45\u4e86\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u81ea\u5df1\u6c92\u639b\u8a18\u5728\u5fc3\u4e0a\uff0c\u6709\u4e00\u5929\u5de5\u4f5c\u6642\u63a5\u5230\u4e86\u91ab\u9662\u4f86\u7684\u96fb\u8a71\u3002\u60a8\u80fd\u60f3\u50cf\u6211\u7576\u6642\u7684\u614c\u4e82\u55ce\uff1f\u76f4\u5230\u63a5\u5230\u91ab\u9662\u901a\u77e5\u624d\u771f\u6b63\u610f\u8b58\u5230\u81ea\u5df1\u5c0d\u63db\u814e\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0\u4e00\u7121\u6240\u6089\uff0c\u662f\u5927\u624b\u8853\u55ce\uff1f\u624b\u8853\u6642\u9593\u591a\u9577\uff1f\u5371\u96aa\u6027\u591a\u9ad8\uff08\u5fc3\u60f3\u4e0a\u4e86\u624b\u8853\u6aaf\u9084\u80fd\u775c\u773c\u898b\u5230\u5bb6\u4eba\u5427\uff09\uff1f\u624b\u8853\u8cbb\u7528\uff1f\u8853\u5f8c\u5fa9\u539f\u671f\uff1f\u5929\u554a\uff0c\u516c\u53f8\u624b\u982d\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u90fd\u9084\u6c92\u4ea4\u8fa6\u5462\uff1f\u2026\uff1b\u5bb6\u4eba\u5c31\u66f4\u7dca\u5f35\u4e86\uff0c\u8a72\u6e96\u5099\u5e36\u4e9b\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6771\u897f\u5230\u91ab\u9662\uff1f\u8ab0\u80fd\u8f2a\u73ed\u5230\u91ab\u9662\u7167\u9867\uff1f\u5bb6\u88e1\u7684\u5c0f\u5b69\u600e\u9ebc\u5b89\u9813\uff1f\u9053\u5834\u70ba\u6211\u9ede\u8d77\u4e86\u5927\u628a\u9999\uff0c\u6bcd\u89aa\u4e0d\u5b89\u5730\u554f\u771f\u7684\u8981\u958b\u5200\u55ce\uff1f\u2026\u5230\u982d\u4f86\u7d22\u6027\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u6b21\u5047\u8b66\u5831\uff08\u7531\u914d\u5c0d\u66f4\u9069\u5408\u7684\u814e\u53cb\u512a\u5148\u63db\u814e\uff09\uff0c\u4e5f\u8b93\u6211\u77e5\u9053\u8981\u591a\u505a\u529f\u8ab2\u8a8d\u6e05\u63db\u814e\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u8abf\u6574\u81ea\u5df1\u4ee5\u7b49\u5f85\u4e0b\u4e00\u6b21\u6a5f\u6703\u3002\u5728\u5e7e\u6b21\u7684\u5047\u8b66\u5831\u6f14\u7fd2\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u6211\u7d42\u65bc\u57282011\u5e74\u6691\u5047\u6210\u529f\u7684\u63db\u814e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4ee5\u6211\u7684\u500b\u6848\uff0c\u79fb\u690d\u7684\u814e\u81df\u99ac\u4e0a\u80fd\u958b\u59cb\u5de5\u4f5c\uff0c\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u7684\u8180\u80f1\u9577\u6642\u9593\u6c92\u5132\u5c3f\uff0c\u8180\u80f1\u58c1\u589e\u539a\u4e14\u5931\u53bb\u5f48\u6027\uff0c\u5132\u5c3f\u7684\u7a7a\u9593\u8b8a\u5c0f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u525b\u79fb\u690d\u5f8c\u8180\u80f1\u5167\u6709\u5e7e10c.c.\u7684\u5c3f\u5c31\u6709\u5c3f\u610f\uff0c\u5f97\u5e38\u8dd1\u5ec1\u6240\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u6015\u4f86\u4e0d\u6025\u6240\u4ee5\u5f97\u9760\u6210\u4eba\u7d19\u5c3f\u8932\u3002\u8180\u80f1\u5f48\u6027\u6703\u9010\u6f38\u6062\u5fa9\uff0c\u800c\u6062\u5fa9\u671f\u9577\u77ed\u56e0\u500b\u6848\u4e0d\u540c\uff0c\u6211\u5341\u4e00\u5e74\u6c92\u5c3f\uff0c\u6062\u5fa9\u671f\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u6708\uff0c\u76ee\u524d\u60c5\u6cc1\u975e\u5e38\u597d\uff1b\u9664\u4e86\u4ee5\u4e0a\u9019\u4e00\u9ede\uff0c\u5176\u4ed6\u90fd\u6c92\u6709\u4e0d\u8212\u670d\u7684\u5730\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ea\u5f9e\u6211\u63a5\u89f8\u5354\u6703\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5f8c\uff0c\u5728\u6709\u4e9b\u5834\u5408\u6703\u8ddf\u814e\u53cb\u5011\u804a\u5230\u63db\u814e\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u6703\u807d\u5230\u814e\u53cb\u5011\u653e\u68c4\u6392\u968a\u63db\u814e\u7684\u6a5f\u6703\uff0c\u539f\u56e0\u4f8b\u5982\uff1a\u6d17\u814e\u597d\u597d\u7684\u554a\uff0c\u5e79\u561b\u591a\u6328\u4e00\u5200\uff1b\u5509\u554a\uff0c\u5df2\u7d9360\u6b72\u4e86\uff0c\u6c92\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6a5f\u6703\u5566\uff0c\u63db\u814e\u90fd\u6703\u5148\u63db\u7d66\u5e74\u8f15\u4eba\uff1b\u63db\u4e86\u814e\u9084\u662f\u53ef\u80fd\u814e\u81df\u75c5\u53c8\u767c\u4f5c\u554a\uff01\u2026\u3002\u7576\u7136\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u4e4f\u9047\u5230\u60f3\u6350\u814e\u7d66\u5bb6\u4eba\u7684\u670b\u53cb\u5011\uff0c\u5c0d\u65bc\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u9019\u4e00\u4efd\u5fc3\u610f\u6df1\u611f\u656c\u4f69\u4f46\u7121\u5f9e\u7f6e\u5599\uff0c\u6211\u60f3\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\u66f4\u5408\u9069\u5224\u65b7\u6350\u814e\u500b\u6848\u662f\u5426\u5408\u5b9c\uff0c\u4f46\u73fe\u5be6\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u6d3b\u9ad4\u5668\u5b98\u6350\u8d08\u6240\u884d\u751f\u7684\u554f\u984c\u7e41\u8907\uff0c\u8d85\u904e\u89aa\u60c5\u3001\u611b\u60c5\u7bc4\u7587\u8005\u773e\uff0c\u9700\u5be9\u614e\u601d\u8003\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u5c31\u6211\u672c\u8eab\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\uff0c\u96d6\u7136\u63db\u814e\u4e0d\u662f\u4e00\u52de\u6c38\u9038\u7684\u89e3\u6c7a\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9700\u8981\u6c38\u4e45\u670d\u7528\u6297\u6392\u65a5\u85e5\u7269\uff0c\u81ea\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u4e0b\u964d\u4e5f\u63d0\u9ad8\u7f79\u764c\u7684\u98a8\u96aa\uff0c\u4e5f\u807d\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u63db\u814e\u814e\u53cb\u6709\u906d\u9047\u6392\u65a5\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u7e3d\u662f\u5efa\u8b70\u814e\u53cb\u5011\u639b\u4e00\u4e0b\u79fb\u690d\u9580\u8a3a\uff0c\u807d\u807d\u79fb\u690d\u9580\u8a3a\u5c08\u79d1\u91ab\u5e2b\u7684\u8aaa\u6cd5\uff0c\u5c0d\u63db\u814e\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u4e0d\u6e05\u695a\u7684\u5730\u65b9\uff0c\u91ab\u9662\u4e5f\u662f\u60a8\u7372\u53d6\u7b54\u6848\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u9014\u5f91\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u8f15\u6613\u7684\u653e\u68c4\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u6b0a\u76ca\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5373\u4f7f\u76ee\u524d\u900f\u6790\u5f88\u9032\u6b65\u4e5f\u5f88\u5b89\u5168\uff0c\u4f46\u900f\u6790\u4e45\u4e86\u96fb\u89e3\u8cea\u4e0d\u5e73\u8861\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u9020\u6210\u7684\u50b7\u5bb3\uff0c\u552f\u6709\u9760\u63db\u814e\u671f\u9593\u8eab\u9ad4\u80fd\u6709\u6a5f\u6703\u4fee\u88dc\uff0c\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\u80fd\u63d0\u6607\u4e26\u5ef6\u7e8c\u751f\u547d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u6b64\u5206\u4eab\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u4e5f\u5e0c\u671b\u62cb\u78da\u5f15\u7389\u8b93\u66f4\u591a\u814e\u53cb\u80fd\u6295\u66f8\u8aaa\u8aaa\u60a8\u7684\u6545\u4e8b\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5f9e\u60a8\u7684\u7d93\u9a57\u4e2d\u5b78\u7fd2\u4e26\u4ea4\u6d41\uff01<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u814e\u53cb\u00a0\u00a0\u53f0\u5927\u91ab\u9662\u814e\u53cb
